2. Data we collect

Through the early-access form we collect only the email address you provide voluntarily. No other personal data is requested.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Purpose: to send you one message when the Beyond platform is available and inform you about early access.
  • Legal basis: your explicit consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you subscribe with double opt-in.

4. Recipients

Data is processed on Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), an email marketing platform with which GHI holds a GDPR data-processing agreement with adequate international transfer mechanisms. Data is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation.

5. Retention

We keep your data until you request deletion or withdraw consent. After launch and once the promised message is sent, data may be deleted or added to the general communications list, subject to a new consent request.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction at any time by writing to marketing@ghifurnaces.com with the subject GDPR Rights Request. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

7. Security

GHI applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, under Article 32 GDPR.
